This is Jeff and his lovely wife of 3 years, Kate. This session was not only super fun–it was educational, too! Life changing…..really….kind of inspirational? In fact, I wish I could share with you some of the words that were spray painted on the walls/bridges/sidewalks/trash cans by the lovely {and articulate} youth of Des Moines but sadly, I can not {it is not blog appropriate…}.

Oh, and thanks guys for being a good sport about the 15 minute hike I made you partake in at the end! It was awesome.
